- ထိုင်းနိုင်ငံသားမဟုတ်တဲ့ အသက် ၂၅ နှစ်အောက် ဖြစ်ရပါမယ်။

- High School or GED or Equivalent ရှိထားရပါမယ်။

- 2026 ပညာသင်နှစ်အတွက် Engineering ပရိုဂရမ် တစ်ခုခုကိုလျှောက်ထားပြီးသူ ဖြစ်ရပါမယ်။

- ကျောင်းဝင်ခွင့်ရရင် Scholarship အတွက် တစ်ပါတည်း ထည့်သွင်းစဉ်းစားမှာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။
