• ပညာရေးဆက်လက်သင်ကြားဖို အမှန်တကယ် ငွေကြေးခက်ခဲနေသူများ။

• တခြားသောအဖွဲ့အစည်းကနေ ပညာသင်ဆုရထားပြီးသူများ နှင့် တက္ကသိုလ်တွေကပေးတဲ့ Partial Scholarship ရထားပြီး မဖြစ်ရပါဘူး။

• အထက်တန်းအောင်ထားပြီးသူ ဖြစ်ရပါမယ်။
