Some saved items are kept on your device. If you use an account, saved items can also be kept with that account. When you open your profile, previously saved universities and scholarships may be copied from your device to your account.

When you submit feedback or a helpfulness or accuracy vote, we receive your response and the page it concerns. If you submit an interview question, we receive the details you enter.

If you create an account, we may receive your name and email address. We also receive the profile details you choose to provide and information you save to your account. If you ask for support, we receive your message and any files you attach so we can respond.

The site includes tools intended to measure visits, interactions and how well pages work. These tools may send information about your visit and device to other companies. Some may be blocked by your browser or the site’s settings.

You can clear information saved in your browser through its settings. This does not remove information already sent to us or saved with an account. You can choose whether to submit forms or attachments.
